How long does my download link last?

Digital download links are available for 24 hours after purchase. If your link has expired, email us with your order confirmation and we'll send a new one.

When will my framed print arrive?

Framed prints are produced and shipped by our printing partner. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

My print arrived damaged

We're sorry to hear that. Email us at hello@evernear.me with a photo of the damage and your order details, and we'll arrange a replacement.

I'm not happy with my portrait

AI-generated portraits vary in quality depending on the photos provided. We offer multiple generation rounds so you can find the best result. If you've purchased a portrait and are unsatisfied, contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Can I get a refund?

Digital downloads are non-refundable due to the nature of the product. For framed prints, contact us before the order ships and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

How is my data handled?

Your uploaded photos are deleted after generation completes. We never store your payment details. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
