EverNear ("we," "us," or "our") operates the evernear.me website. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI portrait generation service.

Photos You Upload

When you upload photos to create a portrait, your images are sent to our servers and forwarded to a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) for processing. We do not store your uploaded photos after your portrait has been generated. Once your session expires or you complete your purchase, uploaded photos are permanently deleted from our servers.

Generated Portraits

Generated portrait images are stored temporarily to allow you to preview and purchase them. Unpurchased portraits are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Purchased digital downloads are available for a limited time after purchase, after which they are removed from our servers.

Payment Information

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. We receive only a confirmation of payment and your email address for order delivery.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use EverNear:

• Photos you upload (temporarily, for portrait generation only)
• Email address (if you make a purchase, for order delivery)
• Basic usage data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited (for rate limiting and service improvement)

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to manage your session and prevent abuse of the service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No data is shared with ad networks.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate EverNear:

• Google Gemini — AI image generation. Your uploaded photos are sent to Google for processing. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — Payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Printify — Print fulfillment and shipping for framed print orders.

Data Retention

Uploaded photos are deleted immediately after generation completes. Generated portraits are deleted within 24 hours if not purchased. Purchase records and email addresses are retained for order fulfillment and customer support purposes.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of any data we hold about you by contacting us at the email below. Since we retain minimal data and delete photos automatically, in most cases there is nothing to delete.
